Texprint transfers

The Clarion range of heat applied products differs in that our technical team has altered the standard component formulas and production processes to maximize the Quality of both the visual appearance and the performance of the transfer when in use.

All Clarion Texprint heat applied transfers are fully guaranteed to perform to the standards and specifications of the Clarion Quality Assurance Program. All finished product are tested to the end users performance standards within our own fully equipped laboratory. The Clarion laboratory has been certified by a number of leading South African retailers and manufacturers. Woolworths (M&S UK Specifications and standards) Edcon and Volkswagen to name a few.

Clarion offers an application service onto customer supplied panels, with a multitude of fusion presses , single and large presses.

Litho Transfers

Clarion prides itself on being the leader in lithotex transfers.This has been accomplished through years of research and product development coupled with a staff commitment to quality.

Screenprinted Plastisol Transfers

Plastisol transfers, proven to be extremely durable, are widely used on sportswear garments.Scientifically formulated inks and adhesive systems have been developed to client requirements.

Tagless labels

Tagless labels have taken over from old fashioned woven labes and Clarion has produced countless of these for both local and export markets.

Sublimation

The sublimation process permanently bonds images onto certain synthetic fabrics. Due to the durability of sublimation,swimwear,cycling and running gear are garments that traditionally use this process.

Speciality Transfers

Speciality transfers are screenprinted transfers that combine a speciality ink system or one or more printing processes such as Glitter, Foil, Reflective and Metallic.

Packaging

Throughout the years Clarion has produced a multitude of various forms of packaging on all types of substrates for use in all aspects of retail such as entry boxes, promotional boxes, document folders aswell as accessory cards. The production facility has been put together to provide a full customer service from the printing to the die cutting and finally to the finishing department which makes up and assembles the finished product.

Jewellery and Hair accessory cards

Clarion poduces a number of hair and jewellery accessory cards for large chain stores. The cards can be custom made through specific printing and die cutting options.

Swing Tags

Swing tags combine all of Clarions printing processes. Substrates are screen, litho or digitally printed and then die cut to shape and strung as desired.

Clarion has developed the widest range of marking systems available in South Africa for clients such as Electrolux, Willard Batteries, Tellumat, Volkswagen SA, Easigas, Shell, Caltex, General Electric, Sanitech and Baygen Radios

Self adhesive Decals

With more than 30 years experience, Clarion is the leader in the self-adhesive market.Decals are litho, screen or digitally printed to any size and onto any self-adhesive substrate and finally die cut to shape.

Fascias

Clarion produces fascias in a dedicated dust free environment,for use predominantly in the electrical board industry where quality and high standards are a prerequisite. Full manufacturing and quality management documentation is retained,with samples archived of all work produced.

Industrial Markings

These systems have been developed to cope with every conceivable usage from extreme temperature changes to acidic and alkaline environments. Decals are designed to be scratch, tear and abrasive resistant and applied to rigid, flexible, porous or textured surfaces. Clarions in-house laboratory has researched and developed decals for the battery industry and we pride ourselves on being a long term supplier to Willards Batteries.

Solvent and Waterslide Transfers

Solvent and Waterslide transfers are made up of successive layers of special inks, lacquers and adhesives which form an integral transferable film that can be applied to any surface.

Solvent Applied Transfers

Solvent applied transfers are predominantly used in the Gas Industry where transfers are applied by means of chemical solvents.

Waterslide Transfers

Waterslide transfers are versatile and easily applied. Items ranging from soap,sports equipment,toys, kitchen appliances and machinery are frequently used.
